Allan Mark Lutaaya is an Associate at the firm. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Uganda Christian University, Uganda and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Uganda.

He is a member of the East Africa Law Society and the Uganda Law Society

Allan Mark specializes in civil, criminal and commercial litigation with specific interest in Banking, Insurance and Finance litigation and advisory. His other areas of expertise include land transactions and alternative dispute resolution. In his practice, he has accumulated extensive experience in telecommunication litigation and criminal matters.
