Sam Gimanga specialises in civil and commercial litigation with an emphasis on high value commercial disputes as well as energy law and property law. He also has experience in corporate and commercial law and tax.

He joined the firm in 2012 as a legal associate. Sam is currently pursuing a post graduate diploma in tax from the East African School of Taxation and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Makerere University. He is licenced to practice in the courts of Uganda.

Sam has worked on a number of assignments including high level litigation matters for telecom companies and banks and has also done work structuring a number of hydro and solar power projects.

Sam is a member of the law societies of Uganda and East Africa.
