Haila Ndalula holds a Bachelors Degree in Law from the Makerere University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre (LDC) in Kampala, Uganda. She is an enrolled Advocates of the High Court of Uganda; and is licensed to practice law in Uganda.
Haila's practice expertise embraces intellectual property, taxation, mining, and corporate governance. She has advised and supported clients in matters of regulation and compliance, registration of copyrights, registration of trademarks and industrial designs, as well as drafting and registration of company resolutions and annual returns, among others.
Her mining expertise portfolio includes advising various local and international clients on the legal and policy landscape governing minerals in Uganda; as well as advice on the full precious metals management cycle, from mine acquisition and financing, to mining, smelting, refining, trading and semi-manufacturing.
She is attached to the Corporate and Commercial Department of the firm.
Haila is a member of the East Africa Law Society and the Uganda Law Society.
