Elizabeth is the Manager of SM registrars, the fully owned Company Secretarial and Corporate Governance section of the firm. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Rhodes University, South Africa and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).

She specializes in company secretarial services, corporate due diligence, share registration services, corporate restructuring, filings and regulatory compliance.

Elizabeth has experience in providing company secretarial and share registration services for both listed and private entities.

Her Experience includes advising and assisting clients in the incorporation of legal entities within the Ugandan regulatory framework; advising clients on statutory compliance and the implementation of corporate governance principles; attending Board Meetings and minute taking and training clients on Corporate Governance and related matters.

She is the company secretary for a number of companies and provides good corporate governance advise to entities including financial institutions, major distribution companies and infrastructure projects within the country.
