Diana is the Business Development Manager at the firm. She obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University, Uganda, and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Uganda.

She is a member of the East Africa Law Society, the Uganda Law Society and the Uganda Christian Lawyers Fraternity

She specalises in business development, strategic management and organizational development. She is a trained advocate and has practiced for a number of years in various legal disciplines. Her knowledge of the law affords her an in-depth insight into developing the business of law.

She handles the firm’s business development and is in charge of marketing, branding, client relations winning of work and ensuring that the strategic plans of the firm are being implemented. She is also responsible to ensure that the quality of the work output is in line with the firm’s standards.

Diana has been recognized in the national daily publications as an influential lady in her career. She has also been invited to facilitate at the National Bar Association trainings.

She is a company secretary and director to a number of companies as well as a board chairperson of ABIDE family Centre, an NGO based in Jinja that works to empower families take care of their children. She is also the current chairperson of the Young Lawyers Committee (2018-2020) under the Uganda Law Society where she actively manages programmes for the young lawyers among other activities.

Diana is a Commissioner for Oaths.
