Charles is an Associate at the firm. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University, Uganda, and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Uganda. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma Certificate in Tax and Revenue Administration from the East African School of Taxation.

He is a member of the East Africa Law Society and the Uganda Law Society.

He specializes in energy and infrastructure law. Charles also practices general law at the firm in the areas of corporate and commercial law, and litigation with an emphasis on energy and infrastructure law.

He has worked extensively in legal advisory involving regulatory and compliance of companies engaged in the energy sector. He has also participated in a number of power purchase agreement negotiations in the energy sector.
