Vincent is an Associate at the firm. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University, Uganda, and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Uganda.

He is a member of the East Africa Law Society and the Uganda Law Society.

He specialises in commercial litigation. His experience includes corporate and commercial law litigation practice, employment law, land transactions and conveyancing, energy law and infrastructure, criminal Law and alternative dispute resolution and arbitration. He has experience in handling and giving practical legal advice and legal representation to both multinational and national companies. He also has experience in alternative dispute resolution.

He has advised clients on the legality and tenability of claims brought against them and possible alternative mechanisms of settling such claims/disputes.
