Joan is a legal Administrative Assistant in SM Registrars. She holds a Bachelor of laws from Uganda Christian University, Mukono and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development, Nyanza- Rwanda. She has received formal training in the United States of America.

She has worked with reputable government where she gained considerable experience in corporate governance.

Her experience includes advising clients on due diligence, compliance and risk and company secretarial services and attending Board meetings and taking minutes. She routinely advises clients on company secretarial services including filing the relevant statutory documentation with respective registries, and processing of licenses and applications for several clients.
