Paul is a Senior Associate at the firm. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University, Uganda, and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Uganda.

He is a member of the East Africa Law Society and the Uganda Law Society.

He specialises in commercial litigation. He has litigated for financial institutions, corporate institutions, and energy institutions. He is highly skilled in mediation and arbitration and has been involved in precedent setting cases. His assignments have included processing of property transfers, as well as representing corporate clients in complex litigation matters.

Paul’s experience includes acting for a client in the High Court of Uganda seeking to recover over US$520,000, arising from a breach of contract. He has also advised a client on a joint venture construction project of over €10 million.
