Shonubi Musoke & Co. Advocates Ranked Tier 1 in the 2019 Legal 500 Publication

Shonubi, Musoke & Co Advocates is privileged to have been recognized as a “Tier 1” law firm in the recently published 2019 Legal 500 rankings of Leading law Firms. The firm was described as ‘Flexible and reliable”.

The firm was also recognized for its commendable areas of practice and transactions, it was noted that the firm is well versed in high-value transactions, which include the practice of Mergers and Acquisitions, cross-border finance deals and energy and infrastructure projects. The firm has also shown great strength in the banking and finance space. Our Managing partner and the head of the corporate and commercial law department, Noah Mwesigwa was recognized for his contribution in leading the team in advising the lenders on a notable transaction involving a receivables-based syndicated facility to M-Kopa. The firm was also commended for its practice in its corporate and compliance capabilities and for the hire of Elizabeth Karamura who has a wealth of experience in corporate governance. Our head of energy and infrastructure Innocent Kihika, and the head of banking and finance Andrew Kibaya were commended for their different areas of practice.
