The firm was also recognized for its commendable areas of practice and transactions, it was noted that the firm is well versed in high-value transactions, which include the practice of Mergers and Acquisitions, cross-border finance deals and energy and infrastructure projects. Our Managing partner and the head of the corporate and commercial law department, Noah Mwesigwa was recognized for his contribution in leading the team in advising the lenders on a notable transaction involving a receivables-based syndicated facility to M-Kopa.
